For the second consecutive year, Vitro advanced in the Merco Talento Mexico ranking, a comprehensive assessment of companies’ attractiveness in attracting and retaining talent. The ranking considers stakeholder opinions and benchmarks companies against leading brands. This year, Vitro has entered the Top 100.
After ranking 189th in 2024, Vitro has climbed nearly 100 positions and now ranks 99th. This significant progress is the result of the work and collaboration of teams such as Talent Development and Acquisition, Internal Control, Sustainability and Social Responsibility, and Corporate Communications, among others. The Merco Talento Mexico ranking also includes category groupings of the 200 participating organizations by economic activity, with Vitro placing within the Top 3 in the “Industrial” segment.
